The Treatment of Nostril Atersia

Abstract
The nostril stenosis or atresia is not common and resulted from the destruction of the lining mucous membrane in the nasal vestibule.
The most common cause may be attributed to the trauma, but infrequently the syphilis, small pox and leprosy may also be the origins.
The various operative procedures such as the usage of local flap or the free skin graft have been achieved to correct the nostril stenosis or atresias.
I present here a case of complete nostril atresia due to the post-infectious scar and who had the corrective operation by means of the post-auricular full thickness skin graft. And those methods of treatment for the nostril stenosis or atresia are discussed through the literatures.
